1. Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates provided by Texas Contractors, Inc. are free of charge and are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection.
Estimates may be subject to change if hidden or concealed conditions are discovered during the course of work, including but not limited to:
• Rotten or damaged decking
• Structural issues
• Code compliance requirements
• Conditions not visible prior to tear-off
If additional work is required, the customer will be notified in advance of the scope and cost, and no additional work
will be performed without customer approval.
2. Authorization to Proceed
No work will begin without customer authorization. Authorization may be provided through:
• A signed contract
• Written approval via email
• Acceptance of a digital quote
• Written text message approval
Customer authorization constitutes permission to proceed with the agreed scope of work.
Insurance-related projects will begin only after the scope of work has been reviewed and approved.
3. Modifications for Safety & Code Compliance
Texas Contractors, Inc. reserves the right to modify the scope of work if additional repairs or changes are required to meet building codes, manufacturer specifications, or safety standards.
Any such modifications will be:
• Clearly explained to the customer
• Priced separately if applicable
• Performed only after customer approval
4. Payments & Financing
Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the start of work and may vary by project.
• Deposits may be required on certain projects
• Final payment is typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• Credit card transactions may require pre-authorization
Texas Contractors, Inc. accepts insurance proceeds when checks are made payable to the company. When insurance checks are issued to the homeowner, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to remit payment.
5. Insurance Claims & Deductibles
Customers are legally responsible for paying their insurance deductibles. Deductibles cannot be waived.
Any upgrades or additional work not covered by insurance will be disclosed in advance. Complimentary upgrades, if offered, will be clearly communicated.
6. Financing Options
Financing is offered through third-party providers, including but not limited to:
• Synchrony
• Wix-supported payment solutions
• PayPal, Pay Later, Klarna, and similar services
The financing provider determines approval and terms. Texas Contractors, Inc. is not responsible for financing approval decisions.
7. Cancellations & Buyer’s Right to Cancel
Customers may cancel within the Texas Buyer’s Right to Cancel period (72 hours), provided materials have not been ordered or delivered.
Once materials are ordered, delivered, or work has begun, cancellations may result in charges for:
• Materials
• Labor performed
• Costs incurred
No refunds are issued once work has started unless a mutual agreement is reached regarding incurred costs.
8. No Refund Policy
Texas Contractors, Inc. does not offer refunds once work has commenced, except where agreed upon in writing based on actual expenses incurred.
9. Warranties
Texas Contractors, Inc. provides a one-year workmanship warranty covering labor-related installation issues at no cost.
Manufacturer warranties for materials are separate and governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
Workmanship warranties are void if:
• Another contractor alters or repairs the work
• Damage results from storms, acts of God, neglect, or misuse
10. Property Access & Responsibility
Customer authorization grants Texas Contractors, Inc. permission to access the property for the duration of the project.
Customers are responsible for:
• Removing vehicles from work areas
• Securing pets
• Protecting fragile or personal items
Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect landscaping; however, minor or unavoidable impacts related to construction activity are not the responsibility of Texas Contractors, Inc.

12. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Texas govern these Terms & Conditions.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Texas Contractors, Inc., requesting services, or authorizing work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
